The Company, incorporated in 2024 and headquartered in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, provides fintech-enabled services that facilitate digital transactions, payment processing, and settlement mechanisms for e-commerce businesses and their customers.

By accessing or using the platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

Snap Trade Labs Private Limited operates strictly as an intermediary and technology provider. It does not own, control, manufacture, or sell any products or services listed by merchants. Its role is limited to enabling secure payment collection, managing funds through nodal or escrow accounts, and facilitating settlements based on predefined conditions and compliance checks.

Users must be legally competent to enter into binding agreements and must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their account. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

All payments made through the platform are processed via secure and compliant payment gateways. Funds may be temporarily held to ensure proper verification, fraud prevention, and reconciliation before being released to merchants. Settlement timelines may vary depending on transaction status, return policies, and risk assessments.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, unauthorized transactions, or misuse of the platform. This includes attempts to manipulate payment systems, bypass security measures, or conduct illegal operations. Violations may result in account suspension, legal action, and reporting to regulatory authorities.

The Company shall not be held liable for any issues arising from merchant actions, including product defects, delivery failures, or service deficiencies. Additionally, the Company disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snap Trade Labs Private Limited from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the platform or violation of these terms. All intellectual property associated with the platform remains the exclusive property of the Company.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
